Individual items start at $7.99 (£6.09), or subscription boxes are:

The flexibility of the Boxdog packs is great - every dog owner knows they have specific flavours, colours and toy types they'll ignore completely, so you can select exactly the products you think they'll like.

Monthly boxes contain two handmade treat bags, one speciality item, such as a skincare product or a chew, and two to three toys or clothing items.

Quarterly boxes are excellent value, delivered four times a year with three bags of treats, one skincare or chew, and two to three toys or doggie gear.

Although you can't cancel before the end of your plan (i.e. if you've ordered for a quarter, you've committed to that quarter), you can cancel any time after that and pay every 90 days on the seasonal box.

The shipping price makes it a little expensive for UK customers, so it's worth going for the larger seasonal box to ensure you don't end up paying a further 50% of the box value in postage charges.
